This is a general overview and does not cover every possible risk or how those risks might apply to your specific situation. Before deciding to use any of our services, you must fully understand the risks involved.

C. Analytics-Only Scope and No Personal Advice

Mexsens provides data and signals to assist decision-making. It does not offer regulated investment advice. While we may provide factual information, details about transaction procedures, and information about potential risks, any decision to use our products or services is yours alone.

You are solely responsible for determining if any investment, strategy, or transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance. No communication from Mexsens should be considered a substitute for personal advice.

D. No Monitoring

Mexsens is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you. We do not monitor whether your use of our services is consistent with your financial goals. It is your responsibility to assess whether your financial resources are adequate and to understand your risk appetite for the products and services you use.

E. No Tax, Regulatory, or Legal Advice

The taxation of Digital Assets is often uncertain. You are responsible for determining your own tax liabilities and for reporting and paying any taxes that may result from using Mexsens services. We do not provide legal or tax advice. If you have any doubts about your tax status or obligations, you should seek independent professional advice.

You acknowledge that, as required by applicable law, Mexsens will report information about your transactions to tax or other authorities and may withhold taxes. We may also be required to ask for additional tax information from you. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in us withholding taxes.

F. Execution and Market Risks

Digital Asset trading is subject to high market risk and price volatility. Past signals do not guarantee future performance. The value of an investment can fluctuate significantly and rapidly, and you may not get back the amount you originally invested.

G. Liquidity Risk

Digital Assets can have limited liquidity, which may make it difficult or impossible to sell or exit a position when you want to. This can happen at any time, especially during periods of rapid price changes.

I. Availability and Technology Risks

We do not guarantee that Mexsens services will always be available. System outages, data feed errors, connectivity issues or connectivity failures may occur. It may not be possible for you to buy, sell, store, transfer, send, or receive Digital Assets when you want to.

Furthermore, legal and regulatory requirements in various countries may restrict the products and services we can provide. As a result, some features may not be available in certain regions or to certain users. You are responsible for understanding and observing any such restrictions. Mexsens reserves the right to change or impose additional restrictions on our services without notification. Features are subject to change, based on risk and compliance needs, especially when there is regulatory advice / feedback.

J. Third-Party and Security Risks

It is impossible for Mexsens to eliminate all security risks. You are responsible for keeping your Mexsens Account password safe. You may be responsible for all transactions under your account, regardless of whether you authorized them. Transactions involving Digital Assets can be irreversible, and losses due to fraudulent or unauthorized activity may not be recoverable.

K. Risks Related to Digital Assets

Given the nature of Digital Assets and their underlying technologies, there are a number of intrinsic risks, including but not limited to:

• Faults, defects, hacks, or errors in the technology or economic systems on which the Digital Asset relies.

• Irreversible transactions, meaning losses from fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable.

• Technological obsolescence of a Digital Asset.

• Delays that prevent a transaction from being settled on the scheduled date.

• Attacks on the underlying protocol or technology, such as distributed denial-of-service, phishing, hacking, and double-spending.

L. Monitoring Risks

Digital Asset markets operate 24/7. Rapid price changes can occur at any time, including outside of normal business hours.

M. Communication Risks

When you communicate with us electronically, be aware that electronic communications can fail, be delayed, may not be secure, and may not reach the intended destination.

N. Currency

Currency exchange rate fluctuations will impact your gains and losses.

O. Legal Risk

Changes in laws and regulations are unpredictable and may materially affect the value of Digital Assets.
