1. Nature of the Service

   • Mexsens provides an automated high-frequency trading bot that executes trades based on preset algorithms via your linked exchange API

   • Mexsens does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or guaranteed returns.

2. Market Risks

   • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and may experience sudden and significant price fluctuations.

   • You may incur partial or total capital loss, especially during extreme market events.

3. Technology Risks

   • System downtime, internet outages, or exchange API failures may temporarily disrupt trading.

   • While Mexsens uses robust security measures, no system is completely immune to cyber threats.

4. No Fund Custody

   • All funds remain in your own exchange account. Mexsens only has trade-only API access and cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

5. Fee Structure

   • Mexsens charges a 20% profit-sharing fee only when profitable trades are generated.

   • You will pre-load credits to cover fees; unused credits are refundable.

6. Client Responsibility

   • You are solely responsible for deciding your fund allocation and risk tolerance.

   • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
